Hi, hello, greetings, welcome to ✨The Dos✨. If you don’t know how you got here (but you’re enjoying yourself), here, subscribe!
Happy Lucky 3 Friday! Thank you so much for spending a bit of your (very valuable) time with me. And a big welcome to my new readers!
Baked beads for parties: Remember Perler beads from the 90s? You can bake those beads in your oven and create Roxanne Assoulin-inspired, candy-like friendship bracelets. I KNOW. It’s so easy and the beads look shockingly good. I recently led crafting sessions at two different bachelorette parties — and this activity was a hit both times.
Turn on a rainforest: Tree.fm lets you escape into nature with recordings of forests from around the world. I love that the recordings are part of an open-source project, so they’re a little imperfect — part of the charm. Download the tree.fm Chrome extension and you’ll soon be listening to the sounds of a national park in Malaysia followed by a rainforest in Madagascar.
Tag your BFF: Well, I just love this. 😭
Hope you have a relaxing weekend. Thank you for reading!

p.s. My pup and I were recently featured in my friend Abigail’s newsletter, This Needs Hot Sauce (thank you so much, Abigail!). Yes, this was my second time talking about the cioppino — and yes, the NYT is on to me.
